  Education has always been deeply personal to me. I have never viewed schools as places that simply deliver lessons or prepare students for exams. I believe schools should help young people discover confidence, develop character, and understand their own potential. That belief has guided my journey as an educator and leader for many years. As  Dr Simon Obas , I have dedicated my work to creating learning environments where students feel supported, and teachers feel empowered.
