Results matter, but only when they are rooted in purpose. I am proud of what our teams have accomplished together. A school I led reached number one in the city and number seven in the state according to U.S. News and World Report rankings.  

Staff satisfaction increased from sixteen percent to eighty-five percent in just one year by prioritizing trust, belonging, and voice. We also secured nearly one million dollars in funding to strengthen academic programs and expand opportunities for students. 

Yet the greatest achievement goes beyond rankings or funding. The real success lies in restoring belief, belief in students, belief in educators, and belief in what schools can become when people feel empowered. This is the legacy I strive to build as Dr Simon Obas.
